Chase and status’ album covers are simple so they stand out. They all have a black and white image that is big and simple and most are irrelevant to the actual title of the song. The writing is in bright block yellow in capital letters to stand out from the simple background.
After all the ideas we came up with for the album covers we have decided to take photos of different people’s arms with watches on them; change them to black and white and up the contrast so the pictures look sharp. By doing this it fits with the Chase and Status simple cover and them the typing will match theirs as well so everybody can recognize their style in our work.
