Due to some confusing sections in our story line we have changed it slightly. Instead of the man being drunk all the time and him cheat on his girlfriend then him find her with another man and commit suicide we have made the storyline similar for viewers to follow and understand. Even though we film our original piece the quality wasn’t as good as it could have been as we kept forgetting what outfit we had on for the previous shoot and it took a long time to find and get set up in so many different locations; by having a story line we could easily film it didn’t take us long. We had different locations for example the subway and in town at the Christmas lights, which helped create a romantic and happy atmosphere, but because they were close to each other we could get to them quickly to shoot the next footage yet far enough away that we hadn’t got each location in another’s frame, some even looked in a different place altogether.
This story board starts with the jump the male character does like we had originally. Then short clips of the couple in happy moments; talking, holding hands, shopping and hugging. We have a scene of the male getting caught looking at another girl and his girlfriend isn’t pleased so walks off in anger. After making up they get into another argument; where during it we jump back to the build up of his jump, he gets carried away in the argument and pusses his girlfriend to the ground. He realises what he has done and so runs off. During these clips there are establishing shots using pans and a still camera but people moving to get across the location through the screen. Also short shots of the artist lip syncing to put the whole story into perspective and mix the narrative story and performance that is popular in contemporary music videos.
